Gold Digger: Our newest “sweet” wine…very refreshing! This sweet blend of Moscato and Vidal Blanc has characteristics of a dry wine with a full, fruity and smooth taste but with about 8% residual sugar. Great wine for anyone who enjoy sweet wines with integrity. Goes great with spa days…
Sweet Revenge!: Our newest “sweet” red wine. This sweet red wine made from Chambourcin has light tannins, and a good mouth feel with aromas and tastes of candied fruit. Excellent, easy drinking red wine that can be served at room temperature or chilled!
Semi-Dry/Semi-Sweet
MAKE ME BLUSH!: Our 2011 Rosé comes from a Saignée of Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin and Merlot grapes.
A lovely blend of from our award-winning Rosés. This light body blush is perfect for a summer afternoon picnic with light undertones of strawberries and golden raspberries. Enjoy in a glass by itself!
EMBRACE : Traminette, Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris.
When you smell this lite white wine, you get a slight smell of fresh lemon zest, green pineapple, and white grapefruit. As you move to the palate you will taste some white stone fruit include white apricots and peaches with an essence of lychee fruit. Finished to a lovely long finish that lingers in your mouth.
Le Rêve Rouge 70% Chambourcin and 30% Vidal Blanc
This is a bright, ruby red colored wine. A very fruity nose with cherry and sometime cranberry flavors. In the mouth the wine is balanced and the tannin soft and supple but the finish dry. This versatile blend gives smooth a new meaning!
Le Rêve Rouge won a Gold Medal in 2012 in the International Eastern Wine Competition!
Chardonnay One of the most delicious examples of a Chardonnay you will find anywhere! Truly a wine where traditional and modern styles come together in an explosive euphoria in your mouth! This lightly oaked chardonnay expresses huge aromas and tastes of fruit on the front end while maintaining depth and elegance on the finish.
Traminette What is Traminette? A hybrid whose parent is the German grape Gewurztraminer.
A very crisp white wine with a flamboyant bouquet of white freesia blossoms and lime blossoms and a hint of lychees nut with a mild green apple finish. Goes very well with salmon!
Vidal Blanc This a great white wine, very light and dry. It offers a nose of lemon and grapefruit with a bit of honeycomb. When you taste it, the profile is a lovely mix of citrus and melon. Vidal Blanc has been called “the ultimate wine for seafood”.
White Oak 60% Chardonnay, 20% Traminette, and 20% Vidal Blanc
This traditional white wine is very crisp and dry, but when you taste it, it’s profile becomes extremely complex for a white wine. On the nose the floral components are ravishing. Then on the mouth, vibrant flavors of Myer lemons, Key Lime notes and a pucker of an apple Jolly Rancher, sends your mouth into a swirl of flavors. Then it throws you a mouthful of minerality from the limestone soil. This is an awesome wine to enjoy under our oak tree; which it was named after, or while reading a book in the summer heat lounging in a hammock.
White Oak has won two “Best of Class” awards in 2012!
Rosé This dry rosé has an aroma of strawberry and raspberry. It has a nice and crisp taste with a fruity finish. It is like a burst of sunshine in your mouth! This wine is good for a variety of appetizers and pairs well with everything from London broil to hot dogs. Our 2011 Rosé comes from aSaignée of Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin and Merlot grapes.

Jealous Mistress 80% Chambourcin and 20% Merlot
This wine has an inky, very dark color with purple reflections. An intense nose with black cherry fruit predominates, with hints of prune and a touch of wood. In the mouth feel the lively tannins that are supple but not overly dry, with a mid-palate showing prune notes and a long finish. Well balanced.
Prestige 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc & 20% Chambourcin
A wine judge stated that this is exactly how you want a wine to taste. Enough said.
Winner, “Best in Show”, Maryland Winemaster’s Choice Competition!
Starboard A “port” style wine made from Chambourcin. Very smooth…great after dinner and/or before bedtime! A little less sweet than a typical port wine, Starboard offers a delicious new look at fortified wines. The Chambourcin (traditionally a coloring grape) gives Starboard depth and a dark color with soft velvety tannins on the finish. Warms you up from the inside out!
